Does this now replace the other "version 3" as a better tune or is it specifically for the "engine swap" version?
 
Tested the 911 GT2 Works today on Spa, and I must say it's very nice. Your description of understeer is accurate but in my opinion it's just enough to make it very stable through switchbacks and bumpy sections while not dragging you off the rack nose first. You can be fairly aggressive with your weight transfers in setting up for turns as well to counter the drag in the front. As with most 2000+ Works cars, early braking is a must as you are often going faster than you think but the Porche's brakes are still quite strong. Turn-in is smooth and trail-braking works well to help out if you overcook your entry. I did think it was a little lacking in the top end for the faster tracks so if one wanted, you could add one more click on the final drive. This helps raise top speed from about 171 to over 180. Good solid tune overall but not blisteringly fast like some of the other Works cars. I don't fault your tuning for this though, it's just the way the car is.

Oh and Arvore, liked your Alpina GT3 tune when I did the Starlight GT3 series. If I could sum it up in one word, it would be "planted".

No. It should be V4.

And in the future there's really no need to paste the tune directly into your own post, just reference the title. Keeps the place looking tidy.

The Seat Cupra works is a handful on Spa, especially compared with a BMW 135i coupe Works. A possible tune for the Seat ?

Already noted, but I haven't done the GT1, GT3, or Endurance events yet. I want the Z4 pretty badly...
 
Just tried your tune for the Gt500, pretty good.But there is one thing, oversteer. I played around with tire pressure and rear sway bar and it stays planted. Although I'm considering lowering the tire pressure some more in the rear, and softening the rear sway bar some more to get some more grip.And lowering the final drive ratio for more torgue coming out of the corners.I'll let u know how it goes. Oh, and how about a tune for the 240sx, I tuned it myself but I just wanna see what u come up with.
 
Since you have the lap times for the cars, wouldn't it be pretty cool to have a little ranking between the different cars? Perhaps separated into tiers?

I use London River for a base tuning session. Then Nurburing Mullenbach to dial the tune in. Then finally the Nord for transmission tuning.

If necessary, I use Monza for transmission tuning and Suzuka and/or Laguna Seca to test transitional behavior. If I can judge the cars utmost performance at London River, and believe me I can, then none of the former would be necessary to me unless someone wants otherwise.
 
I was wondering if maybe you could do a 67' GT500 tune? I really love this car and I've been struggling with tuning it myself.
 
A big thankyou to Terronium 12 for his FIA GT1 Lamborghini Murcielago SVR GT1 tune, that is my favourite GT1 car, its not the fastest but certainly the most enjoyable to drive. The car goes where you point it without any wild oversteer courtesy of the MR layout, the only thing that is a problem is the top speed but its only noticeble on Conrod and not across the top of the mountain where I've made most of my time gains.
