I guess that is quite different from the other chapters,still better than Rarity's chapter and more deep than the other chapters,I think it was interesting,explore the hard relationship that Luna and Celestia is somewhat expected,but they way that is presented makes its more appealing ,Luna's goals of making an "self sustainable environment" is something perfectly reasonable that Celestia should understand(but no,and then she fights her,and that hypes her status of Trollestia,I known its an authors thing,but Celstia is getting a lot of hate in these fanfics).
As for Luna's student,well that would be interesting,specially the new background given to the Alicorns,but I cannot think anything else but compare her to Twilight,and thinking that a new episode will be created from from this.
Also,it feels like an opening for more chapters(already confirmed),but I don't find yet any more characters that could be elaborated in that series(maybe Trixie),which makes me think that further chapters will be more about Twilight and Luna's student(Moondancer).
Finally,it seems that this author shows more of its original failures,and it is consistency(cocky endings doesn't convince me too much),and what's the thing with that "Ditzy Doo" stuff, doesn't seem too appealing,but I will end up reading it.
