Look at the positioning of the advert: it's at dog-level, not human-level. That's clearly not the first dog to have done it, so it's actually very clever marketing.

up at the top, it says "Open - Not Responding"(in the red circle).

You posted the thumbnail only. How are we supposed to see that in a picture 100px wide?
