Try adding vigneting in lightroom and increasing contrast a bit, grain and color balance also helps. Like these titles or legend near the car!

also try setting of camera in photomode. There is 3rd or 4th setting, helps shooting cars in motion. I don't know the english word, but there are 3 types of it (if I translate from russian it is conducting). You'll find it.
