Anyway, I don't know if this has been brought up anywhere in this thread: The Neo Tokyo anthology. Fantastic animation all around there, and great for 1987. Especially the Running Man story. Watch it by any means necessary. You will thank yourself.

Wasn't entirely serious. I just really really really really really really really really really really like FLCL. I wouldn't say apples to oranges and then say that FLCL is better than something drastically different like that if I was serious.

EDIT: Also, I wouldn't say that FLCL was entire random events. I never got how people said that. I didn't have a hard time following it at all. Not plotless at all I'd say actually. Maybe it's just that stuff happens quickly? Idk...

That's only for the illegal streams. That's the only bad quality I see. I watch most of my anime mainly from legal streams (I'm fortunate to have so much legally streaming here. Unfortunately, everywhere else gets hardly anything, but that's how licensing goes unfortunately.), and the quality is pretty good.
