I think that has to be the worst car in the thread so far. This deserves a very special smiley. The one, the only...

Also, I love the irony in the 'Pathway to Success' bumper sticker. Furthermore, I have a feeling I'm not alone in wanting to liberate that Ferrari F40 model from the back.

Woo! He's got a misfits sticker on the bottom right of his bumper! Actually, that looks exactly like the sticker I have on my guitar....

Rogue Ssv, the "Edit" button is there for a reason - triple posts are a deadly thing to do around here use that if you want to add more things, but dont double or triple post it.

Those SUVs with Scissor doors are kick-ass! Why arent they good? They're awesome!
The truck itself may be good but when the doors go up and look like they do in the pics posted it just bugs me. In trucks they never seem to get past the 40*-45* angle and hang out to much on the side. Now if it were more towards 90* or 70* they'd look more vertical and could be tucked closer to the truck. Those door kits are best reserved for 2 door cars(coupes, convertibles), and if they are pillarless doors the better IMO. The doors are longer and the look can be carried better compared to a four door or vehicles with shorter doors. I myself drive a 89 Celica GT-S and can't stand getting in/out of the car(I would compare it to like getting in a Vette about the same year and not only would the doors be a nice show piece, it would serve a function for when someone parks too close to me in the college parking lot I just swing the door up, giving me much room to step into the seat.

*McLaren*
If there's something to learn about scissor doors, it's that we should leave them to Lamborghini, Bugatti, and supercar makers who actually make them worth the money.
There was a thread talking specific of this issue but I think it died though, I done forgot what exactly I posted up but think I was for the kit but not for every single ride out there. The reason the supercars have wickedly executed opening doors is that they are already designed with that in mind, people with a more practical or accessable car that want to have that added touch to their car will buy the hinges to do that. You also get what you paid for when you buy those kits, some are superior to others and have more adjustments and capabilities. Also, if you were to land and the roof side of your supercar(you shouldn't be, put there are pics here(on the site) that prove this) you might wish the your door didn't open only straight up. Some kits allow you to open the door all the way out like factory and also let you set the point where you want to lift the door up. I've been looking at different kits for a while and is a consideration on my part.

You should choose the "hotlink for forums" option in Imageshack.
