![]() cheap joke. Seriously though, I think it's in the my racers menu, I couldn't tell you exactly without looking at it. It should say something like remove from friends or remove from studied

Guys, I've been looking around to no avail. Where can I see a list of cars with the NTM? As I understand not all of them have it.

Mustang, Indy Car, V8 Supercar and a couple of oval cars don't have it.

Now the Indy car will probably not get the NTM as it is getting updated to the new Indy Car. For the rest I'm pretty sure are getting the NTM over the next 2 seasons. |

I'm pretty sure the legend is one of the oval cars without it

Nah the legend has the ntm. I think just the sk & tour mod, the old nationwide car, sprint car and silver crown on the oval side are still on the otm.

no, just pride.
guys, anyone having server issues? I cannot race on Suzuka...had to leave a race. When I look at the network, the "S" in the top right hand corner red bar is in the middle, what does this mean? I turned all the graphics down but it still doesn't fix it... Is suzuka to technically high to run on my computer? |

On a side note I was able to grab another late model win tonight at martinsville. To make it a little sweeter it was 3 race splits and I won in the top one. I was car #2 and started on pole so there was a little pressure for sure. I was able to get a good start and lead every lap. It wasn't as easy as it sounds though. After the first couple laps and everyone settled down 2nd place was .4 behind me. From lap 4 through 30 he was between .3 & .5 behind. Gaining a little when I would overdrive it a little and I would mantain to pulling a tenth when I hit my marks. At lap 32 or so he started to back off and I was able to pull a 1.2 gap with 8 to go.Then a lap car was on the bottom of the track so I had to dodge him letting 2nd place catch back up some. I pulled another couple tenths and with 2 laps to go this guy was going slow down the back straight and went for the pits and then pulled back up on thr track at the last minute so I had to go way high to avoid him and almost hit the wall. That let the 2nd place guy get within .3 of me so I had to focus on those last 2 laps to bring home the win. Just goes to show you it's never over till it's over.
. So I went from +70 to -30 in one day. I haven't been able to do races late in the week so I've been missing the higher sof races. Got to 1 or 2 races tomorrow now to try and gain back some points. I try to do just one race early in the week, but the higher sof races seem to be later in the week so that's what's getting me.Nah I don't think you get any credits for any of the division championships. You only win stuff for pro and dwc championships I'm pretty sure. You will get a certificate though. If you go to your stats page there is a certificate tab. There are a couple ones you can get. Ones for you first race wins in road and oval along with club and individual championships. They have what you won and your name on it so you could print it out and frame it if you wanted. |

Not my work, just a copy/paste:
"The S meter is actually "skew", not "strength". It measures the simulation-time difference between your computer and the server. The most likely scenario is that the S meter grows and grows. As it gets larger, cars around you likely start to move more erratically. Eventually they all disappear. Not long after this, the screen is likely to flash, the S meter returns to "zero", and the cars shortly reappear. Or, as the S meter continues to grow, you may be disconnected. The typical cause of this behavior is that your computer has become overloaded - it no longer has enough compute power to advance your simulated world quickly enough to keep up with real-time. This is more likely to happen in Race and Practice sessions when there are many other cars on track with you. Your computer has to receive more information from the network for these cars, it needs to move these cars around in its simulated world, it needs to draw these cars on the screen, it needs more graphics card memory to store their paint schemes, and it might need to mix more sound samples so that you can hear them. Any settings changes that reduce this extra work load are likely to help: - On the options/graphics screen, reduce the Video Memory setting. Often times the setting can be high enough that some of the computer's memory is used in addition to the memory on the graphics card itself. When needed, texture maps are transferred from the computer's memory to the graphics card. This is slower than when the graphics card just uses its own memory. Note that the number that is displayed is the amount of memory that the sim will use for texture maps and such, so this number would need to be lower than the actual amount of memory on the card to prevent this system<->video card texture swapping (some graphics card memory is needed for the display itself, along with other things). - Reduce some of the detail and/or quality settings on the options/graphics screen. Many of these settings not only make your graphics card work harder, but also make the CPU work harder to feed it the extra data. - If you have edited app.ini and increased the number of sound streams that are mixed, reduce it.
