1984 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3 Question

Does it have Turbo?... and can anyone get me the specs on the engine?

try and find a 2.3 16 valve.

Or the late 80's m3 killer, the 2.5 16v

no such thing as a late 80's m3 killer, sorry. the m3 also went 2.5 for the evolution II and III in addition to different cams, etc.

the m3 whooped the **** out of the 190e in group a touring.

here's a story...

My friend's father has an 190 'EVO1'
But infact its not a real evo... It has the 2.3 16V

He brought it to 2.7L, put a Mosselman Biturbo system on it, Intercooler, good old leather recaro's,......

everything was done on this baby back in the '80.
Conclusion; it puts out 300 bhp and has already 280.000km's without one single problem!
