Whenever indy car red flags the event so as to finish under green, I can only root for the leader at the time. Way to go Conway!

Conway has the talent to be a world champ. He would be if he raced ovals, but after the wrecks he has had on ovals, I don't blame him for fearing them. A shame. I really like him.

Three wins for a single car team that splits driving duties. Ed Carpenter Racing has had a solid season overall. Got to love the parity in the IndyCar series.

Would have been nice to see the Indy Lights race, but I guess a golf tournament for "celebrities" being in a rain delay is more important. :indiff:

An awesome day of racing today. The Pirelli WC race was great. I've fallen in love with the Viper with the classic red and white stripes livery. The GTS class finish was fantastic as they were side by side at the line with about only a foot between first and second  Also the Stadium Super Trucks were entertaining as usual. For those that don't know, its a race between trophy trucks with ramps set up on the main straight which they get some impressive air off of.

The first Indy race was solid, and it was nice to see Bourdais take the win. The second race was the wild mixed conditions race that I hoped for. From the turn 3 grandstand we could see out over the lake, and watched as the storm rolled in. It got really cold just before it started raining, and once it started there was a layer of mist blowing across the road which only added to the spectacle. I got an excellent view of the mayhem just before the red flag. The corner workers did a great job in getting all of those cars going again as quickly as possible. Kudos to them 👍

I really like it too. The DW12 is helping the smaller guys be more competitive

Reporter: "What needs to happen to make this strategy work?"

Mike Hull: "Hopefully not a Lunar Eclipse"

I think he's pretty safe on that front.

Well the strategy worked, but man just barely. Not too many times where the winning driver runs out. I love how Charlie also runs out and he's just fist pumping

Edit: Good grief James, why do you have the mustache of a 70s pornstar?

That's very interesting. Only question is what engine will be used because if I recall, Sarah's team uses Honda engines while Ed's team uses Chevy engines.

Mount Tremblant is one of my Favourite tracks in the world, shame they barely use it.
Yes it is. Too bad it's in the middle of bum nowhere.

I don't like the Dubai addition. I think that's biting off more than they can chew for the time being unless Verizon will help out getting teams over there and back

Dubai is good, because it will likely mean big money something Indy needs badly.

The Sonoma race is scheduled to go as planned but considering the damage in the Bay area I think people will have other things on their mind today.

I just saw that the races in Brazil and Dubai are on street circuits :banghead:. Why not use Interlagos for Brazil and Yas Marina Circuit or Dubai Autodrome for Dubai? Those are professional circuits that would make Indycar look good:

F1 can't restrict Indycar from racing on F1 Circuits. I would prefer these tracks as they would have much more overtaking opportunities, then these 90 degree turn street circuits that infest the calendar.

The Brazil round will seemingly take place at Autódromo Internacional Nelson Piquet.

I've never been a fan of Yas Marina so I don't mind them using a street course instead.
