You can test them yourself if you want. I'm not saying don't post what cars you've done 300 mph in, I'm just saying that before I alter the list you'll need to prove it or I'll have to test it myself.

Why should I have to test them out when its your list? I'm just pointing out that if you want proof from others, well then what's wrong with you providing your own proof of your claims?

Since he's compiling his own list, the important thing is that he knows everything is correct. I think its safe to say he can trust himself with his own testing. If you don't want to accept his list as fact that's none of his concern, but if people want to add to his list he needs to make sure they're correct.

I don't know why anyone would lie about it though.

Well then, if that's the case, then I can just throw a car at him and say its a 300 mph car and he can test it himself...see what I'm saying here. Or, why can't he just continue testing himself for that fact. All I'm saying is, usually when people come on here and start making claims, they usually have proof to back it up, for personal reasons or not. Just trying to make a suggestion here, that's all.

Here's the Diablo GT '00:

I'm just giving people a list. They can accept it and use it or not. It's not a big deal, I'm just trying to help out.

1056bhp if memory serves. There's another Diablo GT from an earlier year which is pretty much the same specs... I'm sure that would reach a similar speed 👍

I tried the Lamborghini Diablo GT2 '98, and although it makes the same horsepower it seems like there is way too much drag to be able to hit 300 mph. Topped at ~260 mph.

There's a few cars that I really feel could and should break 300 mph, but I haven't been able to get them there. If anyone car get the following cars to 300 mph and share their tuning setup, it would be greatly appreciated.
  1. TVR Cerbera Speed 12 '00
  2. Nissan GT-R Black edition '12
  3. Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) '09
  4. Audi Nuvolari quattro '03
  5. Nissan Skyline GT-R V-spec II Nur

The ZR1 did it quite easily if I remember correctly... similar speed to my Diablo. I'm pretty sure I used low ride height and suspension, gearing to match it and nitrous of course.

I doubt speed 12 will get you there.lIt was a high 260 car in gt5. I'm only getting 271. No nos though I don't use that add on on my cars

I must have stretched the gear ratios too much or something. I'll give the 'Vette and R35 another try. And the fact that the TVR and V-spec get so darn close is what makes me think just a little transmission work could get them to 300.

The TVR and the V-Spec II get 292 and 295mph respectively, without draft. The GTR Black Edition easily does 300, infact it does 316+ 👍
Forgot u guys we're using need for speed nos....

I cannot remember off the top of my head, but generally I use minimum spring rates and high front ride height, low rear ride height, lowest downforce and softest racing tyres. Are you using the correct model?

I definitely have the right model. I also have the RS tyres, low downforce. You said high front ride height and low rear ride height? Not the other way around?
