bmw m3 coupe 07 set up please???

I know this thread goes back a long way, but I've been comparing my tune with a number of others and found one huge difference.
Spring rates.

I see a lot of tunes with very high rear springs on this car and can't understand why
13-18kg out the back with "normal" rates (6-8) up front for a 1300kg car with 50:50 balance

If i add that much spring it turns it into a drift car
I do run a little more ARB on this car than usual as it does like to throw it's weight around, but not to the extent of running double the spring rate.

I also like to test cars like this on Bathurst as the run across the top of the course really loads up the front tyres to see how well they can grip.

Be interested in some input from the likes of @Motor City Hami whose tunes have served me well in the past

here's what I'm running (if not listed, stock)
