Yep, they are.

The RUF RGT is sendable, although you can only choose a premium car.
 
Well, after my 'disappointment' last week, my hopes were so high this week. And you can imagine how I felt when I tried to join each of the 'group rooms' and received the message that I could not join due to 'obsolete room information', and that the host needed to reset the room settings.

Is this the clean racers club that is defunct?
