Update for arcade mode and the addition of B-Spec, Quick Match, Community Events, Machine Tests and Shuffle Racing in GT6 (either Ver. 1.11 or Ver. 1.1X)

Contains:
1. Every single car in the game useable in arcade mode (Divide the cars into a category, choose from "Current Car", "Garage Cars", "Stockyard Cars" or "All Cars In Game". All the cars in the game should have all of its colors added as well, so we can choose a color for any car we choose. If you select "All Cars In Game", we can sort all cars by manufacturer, by era, and by favorites, like in GT4.)
2. Quick-tuning feature (for all cars) with this criteria:
Power tuning: (maximum of 50% more or 50% less HP than stock)
Weight: (maximum of 20% less or 20% more than stock)
Transmission: (Can be tuned by choosing speed level, and manual adjustment of gears)
Downforce: (Within car's limit)
Brake Balance: (Up to 10 for front and rear brakes)
Ballast: (Can adjust ballast size and position similar to normal tuning)
Suspension settings: (Within car's limit)
LSD: (Within car's limit)
Torque Split: (4WD only, can be freely adjusted)
AYC: For every Mitsubishi 4WD car, can be freely adjusted
3. Ability to add numbers on base models, X2010 (original) models, select premium cars after choosing a color for a car in arcade mode (e.g. You are using a Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray '14, after you choose one color out of all its colors, you have an option to add a number base. After that, you choose the number font, and the number itself.)
4. Ability to choose our own AI racers or generate random AI racers
5. Support for four players

7. Advanced event creator (what the GT community wants)
