Very fun. Can't wait to play more of it actually. The soundtrack must have a god behind it, because it matches the game to a tee.

Yes, the game is great fun indeed, all it needs is more tinkering and it should become an amazing arcade racing game. The devs are dedicated to their work, but they also pay attention to the fans. Not to mention that the Kickstarter campaign was a major sucess.

You're right about the soundtrack bit, it was a god's work. In fact, you should hear his other songs for the game, they are even better (he actually said on Twitter that he was surprised that so many people think the song that plays during the race is his best work. In fact, he said that such song was one of his most "phoned in" works, which surprised me)...

Myrone high as ****, making an awesome song and claims it as "not one of his better ones"

I wonder what he'll put out in the near future?

Wow they got that much shocked, i may kickstart my own game

some features logitech full force feedback, dynamic time and 900 degree steering upto 1400 best bit only have 48 hrs work into it tease devs are slackers lol

Looks like they got a Drift Specialist in to help with the game! Not sure how his insight will help with an arcade racer.

Happy to announce my newest partnership with the creators of the video game "Drift Stage"! I will be on board as... http://t.co/2mQBF69RRw

They are very sudden, I find the hardest part to be recovering from a drift. Then again I'm using a keyboard so...

You're a braver person than I using a KB for Drift Stage. I personally don't mind the game mechanics as such, but like you recovering from a drift is a pain sometimes.

I (keyboard user here as well) have sort of gotten used to it, except when I try to drive on first-person view. It just confuses me when I initiate a drift and the camera simply snaps to keep up with the movement. That needs some work.

I hope I get around to purchasing an XBox controller when the game comes out. I know I'll be playing this game a lot.

As a side thought, with the course creator feature I wonder if you can change road width wherever you please. I have a few ideas but I'm afraid I'll have to get modding.

Let me guess: Nurburgring drift course? :sly:

Perhaps you can ask the game developers about that. Trust me, they are eager to know what do the players want for the course creator.

Let's just say that I may have written on Twitter a post regarding types of corners and I was asked what types would I like to see... ;)

Late edit special: Found this online, a very interesting interview done by Red Bull (yes, you read that right) with the developers about the game:

I am

But then a neon coloured Eau Rouge makes you do that.

I hope we can add our own 3D models... because I'd be making so many F1 cars... and LMPs... and... I'll stop now

I know what you mean, the thought of powersliding around a 1980's acid trip Nurburgring in a BMW M1 is very tempting and whatnot.

That last part? That might be more of a dream than mimicking real-life courses on the course creator, but hey, who knows?

Hey if they can do it in GTA V ;)

I would definitely start with simple tracks, but my ultimate goal would be the Nürburgring.

I'd just make a tiny oval. I can't make anything for my life. Although if mods were available, I'd download a mod for a 1998 Toyota GT-One.

I don't understand why they aren't sharing this stuff on their other pages or the official Drift Stage Twitter-page
