Good/best 650pp car?

I'm trying to find a really good tune for a 650pp car that can outplay the the chaparral 2J race car (which my friend uses). I'm thinking on the xj220 lm race car or mclaren f1 but have no good tunes for them, I also seem to be having trouble finding good tunes of gtplanet so links would be appreciated. So what would be a recommended car to use for 650pp?
 
Praiano and Clueless have lots of 650PP tunes. Happy searching.

PS: A high torque race car probably muscle car based is quite good.

Thats exactly the track I needed tuning for! You're a mind reader Praiano.

Anyway, I have tried the R390 race car tune and I'm hitting 6:14, same goes with the dodge viper, thanks for the tune and I'm going to try the 787B tomorrow ;)

I am quite interested with this tune as I have a vertigo race car as well, what kind of lap times does it make round the nurburgring?

Toyota TS030 is fantastic. Easy to handle on hards and even though it has only 615pp, I pretty easily won the GT championship (at the end on International A) which had 720pp max
