Help: How to correct photos on Photoshop

Hi there, I started to take pictures on GT5 a while ago and it really upsets me seeing some great photos being ruined by pixelized smoke effects, and othe stuff.
I know that you can correct them with photoshop and i would really like to know how to...
I already looked on youtube and there is no tutorials specifically for GT5, but probably there are videos that teach the techniques that you need to work on GT5 photos, but i don't know what to look for.

Pixelated smoke and snow effects can be improved using a "Blur" tool to selectively smooth out the artifacts.

Take it slowly, be patient and use Undo often.
