I couldn't even find what it was by searching it the first time I heard about it.
It's called Project CARS.

It's more like iRacing than GT, because of its car selection. Also, its true focus is realism, unlike GT.
No release date is set yet, but I think someone who knew a lot about it said it'll likely be early next year or late this year. ??? Who knows.
