Lately I have been getting loading issues with GTP and only GTP where the forum partially loads.
I have cleared my cache and cleared the cookies, I have also done a force refresh using CTRL+F5 which only fixes it until I load that page again.
It looks like your browser isn't downloading or parsing the CSS files for some reason. Not sure why that would happen; everything is normal with the site infrastructure.
