Making a photo your wallpaper

Hi all, I know this is a simple thing to do but for some reason I have an issue I can not work out. I can no longer make photos I take in GT6 my PS3 wallpaper. never had trouble before now. Here is what is going on. I take a photo in photo travel or replay mode, save it and then export it to the XMB. Go to the photo area on the XMB, find the photo, push the triangle button and the menu comes up. Now here is the problem I select the "make your wallpaper" option and nothing at all happens, it will not make the photo my wallpaper.

What am I missing here? Thanks!

You have to select the area of the image you want as the wallpaper. You can have it full sized or in a certain area of the image.

Remember to check the "Theme" setting. This can affect your ability to apply a " wallpaper".
