Can be under the Automotive section of the forum. For example:

Motorsport
Formula 1, Rally, NASCAR, Sports Car Racing, Touring Cars,Motorcycles

Same idea as this ^^ above.

TV Automotive shows/programs
Top Gear UK, Top Gear USA, Top Gear AU, Fifth Gear, Counting Cars, Chasing Classic Cars,

With each show having its own sub, and a thread for each episode (S1E6) as an example.

Show's like Top Gear (UK, USA, Australia), Fifth Gear, Overhaulin', Fast N' Loud, Counting Cars, American Hot Rod, Chasing Classic Cars, Wheeler Dealers,

Umm. No.

The threads in the TV section for Top Gear work fine - there are a few posts after each new episode, but largely dead aside from that. There is nowhere near enough interest in the other shows for the need for their own subforum, let alone thread for each episode (which would be OP + maybe half a dozen posts at most for a good/controversial episode).
Im sure you could start a thread in the TV (or Automotive?) section for your favourite show to see if others want to talk about it though.
 
If you want to discuss a television show, please do so in the Movies & TV section, not the Automotive section. And as @Barra333 said, there's no need for a separate thread for each episode.
