Web community problems

Am i the only one with this problem when i go to the community gt6 on the web, i can't read anything , it'written in a language that i don't know it's some kind of jeberish

If it's the web interface, it's likely Japanese. Look in the URL bar for this:

https://www.gran-turismo.com/jp/gt6/user/

Just change those two letters to the language you prefer...

https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt6/user/

Or, I suspect:

https://www.gran-turismo.com/fr/gt6/user/
