Mustangmiha, you talk just like a real retard! Excuse me please for the expression, but Forza Motorsport 3 is not the equal of GT5. If you look at all the goods that FM3 has over GT5, you’ll see that it acually looks a bit better than GT5, where GT5 looks a bit candy like, i hate that look that PD supports, IT’s NOT RREEAALL. I totally love GT4 by the way, finished it 3 times, and now I’m at my 3rd career, but believe me, the customization is absolutely missing in GT5, and here is where FM3 flies through the roof with the insane customization and really, can you do anything else in GT5 than just change the stupid rims and add new spoilers in the back??? I don’t think so… FM3 will eventually grow to destroy GT5 just as the superstar that it was… bye bye guys!

Come on people, I myself have been a gran turismo fan since the very start, but I am definately without a doubt getting Forza 3 if GT5 is not released this year.
Unlike some people on here, if you actually watch the gamestop interview with the forza team, the tyre modelling is incredible- no way has gran turismo ever done that!
PD have been poor, they show a video with no ingame play and a tiny snippet of damage! I respect other games especially FM3 who are putting up a pretty good fight.
I think some people here actually need to go and play forza 2 to see how good of a game that is instead of talking rubbish.
Sorry but this is my view, and I dont know how much longer I can keep playing GT5P!!!!!!!!!!!!

That’s ridiculous. What competition? There no competition on GT’s behalf. There is no game. In the mean time xbox players have had forzas every two years and have been playing them. btw I will buy PS3 when GT5 comes out and I think I will like it more than forzas, but the marketing politics which surrounds PS3 and GT franchises isn’t any good for customers -> Yamauchi: “We could release GT5 whenever we want.” They dangle it in front of customers like carrot is dangled in front of the donkey. Hope someone understands what I mean. And donkey just thinks it’s the best carrot ever and there is no competition. Hahahaahaaa.

gt5 is better than forza 3

gt5= models are alittle bit more lifelike and realistic

rally cars, nascar, formula 1, gran turismo

and it aims at an audience who is mature

being a hardcore GT fan myself, i’ve been frustrated enough to go out and buy an xbox 360. and doing so i believe forza has delivered more in a short amount of time than PD. yeh their graphics might not be as sharp(partially due to damage capabilities). but the gameplay is so much deeper than GT has ever been.

forza allows engine swaps, turbo or supercharger add-ons. the telemetry while watching replay is the best feature for me. you get to see your settings at work in real-time. tire pressure, shock travel, its the best. for those hating of forza, i think you’re a bunch of PD jock-riders. just admit that someone put out a better product in a shorter amount of time. i know GT5 will be a great game, but for now i’m really looking towards firing up Forza 3 in my soon to be new Xbox elite.

I bought the PS3 specifically for GT5 but have found it very usefull watching Blueray movies on my 52 inch tv so why would I trade it in for an Xbox that dosen’t play in 1080p. Just keep playing prolouge until the full version comes out ‘cuz what ever they say about the other games GT will always have something better. Hey! they have GT academy for aspiring race drivers with talent. So if you don’t think you have what it takes to be a good driver than feel free to play other console games. But if you think you do here is your chance to prove it in GT with PD.

That sold me… I am getting a xbox 360 … I think all the arcady feeling is because you can choose how to play the game .. arcade mode or real life mode, just look at the scenery on the stunt car movie … amazing .. and the tire physics .. and the fact that a mistake during races actually cause you trouble .. like in real life, GT5 better have all this and 10x more things… if there are no damage in gt5 (both internal and graphic wise) it will be laughed at .. especially if it comes out 2010 … then it better be the perfect game.. which I doubt.

Oh and why has everyone lost the plot when it comes to waiting. Yes Forza has made 3 games in the time between GT4 and now…. and we still don’t have GT5. But why do you think more games constitutes to a better franchise?

I don’t mind PD taking over 5 years over GT5. As long as GT5 is awesome. There are other things in life than games. Even if your life is games, there are other games to play to take up your time.
