    George V Paris reverse

    Characteristics

  • Length: 1.55 miles (2 494 m)
  • Elevation change: 24.6 ft (7.50 m)

    Street names

The reverse track uses of course the same streets as the forward track, but in reverse order.

The start/finish line is still located on the 'Champs-Elysées' avenue, followed by a rather straight section on the avenue Georges V (which gave its name to the track) and the rue Quentin-Bauchart.

The middle section is made of 90° corners, using the following streets : avenue Marceau, rue Christophe-Collomb, rue Magellan, rue de Bassano, rue Vernet, rue Galilée, rue Newton, avenue d'Iena, rue de Presbourg and avenue Marceau again.

That leads to the final section where you have to go all around the Place de l'Etoile in the center of which stands the 'Arc of Triumph', and you're back on the long straight on the Champs-Elysées.
