It’s a great day for Gran Turismo fans around the world, as it has just been revealed that the both Lamborghini and Bugatti are bringing their cars to Gran Turismo PSP and, presumably, Gran Turismo 5! The news came as Sony announced a special pre-order promotion for GT PSP, which entitles you to some type of code that gives you access to one of the following cars from “day one” in the game:
- 2009 Bugatti Veyron
- 2002 Enzo Ferrari
- 2008 GTbyCitroen
- 2009 Nissan GTR V-Spec
- 1974 Lamborghini Countach LP400 (more Lamborghini’s are also coming)
Their blog post is a bit scant on the details of how this will work, but they promise to reveal more on the program soon. Nobody’s too worried about that right now though, as most of us are still picking up our jaws off the floor. Enjoy the new screenshots of the cars below!

Guess you haven’t seen the SLR Mclaren in GT4. The air break start to come up when you break, and it’s in GT5p, too, on the Audi cars. I’m sure they will apply that too in GT PSP and GT5 judging by PD attention to details it’s a very nice feature even other rival games haven’t done this.
The LP name is on the line so I’m 100% sure the LP670 Merc SV is in! Kinda. :lol:.

Now, to get closer to a perfect list of cars available in GT series, I would like to see ’73 911 RS, 550 Spyder, all the GT2’s, GT1, 959, last 2 GT3’s, Carrera GT, a 928, a 944 or 968, latest Boxster and Caymen, and call me crazy but I think the RWD 400hp Panamera and AWD 500hp Panamera would be cool to race/tune.
Then I would be overwhelmed with joy.
Ruf is cool (80’s Yellowbird is one of my fav’s) but authentic Porsche would be better.
I wonder if the spoiler on the veryon will be raisable? By that I mean when you reach above 75mph the spoiler raises.
The Mclaren F1 road version and LM version as well as the Le Mans winning GTR’s should be there.

Holy snaps, gotta be kidding! I’m serious when I say I love Prologue (and I should have bought it right when it came out!) and damn GT5 just gives NO chance to Forza 3, the realism of the game, the licences either cars, tracks, whatever, the big amount of stuff, the best cockpit camera view ever in a game (hands down), big games take long to be finished (mgs, gta for instance), gt5’s no exception. I swear I never looked forward any game as much as I’m looking forward GT5, plus DAMAGE, WEATHER, CAPITALS NEEDED!

it seems to me that PD are promoting both GT Mobile and GT5 at the same time when they release info like this, we are just not seeing the GT5 models aside from the Corvette ZR1 in the last news update

Porche arent affiliated with VW i hear they are buying them out, thats according to Top Gear this past weekend…..so who knows but heres hoping they start to play ball. Im pretty sure one they see all the major super car manufacturers are in, they’ll want a piece of the action too.

Nothing but it’s a Nissan, the game is japanese, the developer loves Nissans… and i think that it’s already great that this bonus car aren’t 5 skylines.

Let me give you some details. If you pre-order it, you get a code. This code can be used to choose one of the 5 cars to get in a special colour not available in the game on day 1 without having to save up any money in the game for it.

I think the Carabo would be nice addition to the Alfa stable. Now only if they would include the 164 (including the Pro-Car), 75/Milano and the Montreal (also a Bertone). Plus, the EB110 is an important car because it was the precursor to the Veyron and the EB110 signified the return of the marque.

It has been quite a while and I think even the people at P.D have come to their sense realizing it is an appropriate time (according to them of coarse) to FINALLY answer some much needed questions that tend to be swayed away from. NOTHING is confirmed for GT5… this is GT PSP and Lambo might only be in this because THERE IS NO DAMAGE.
But ofcourse I will be over the moon if these are in GT5, its about time!

Audi (already in GT5P) owns Lamborghini, VW (also in GT5P) owns Bugatti… can you see a pattern here? And now VW has acquired Porsche, so the next logical step is….

No they are not, they just look like the car on the selection screen menu. (look closely a gameplay video on youtube the red Nissan on the selection screen and the blue GTR: same lighting!

so even if you win the car in GTPSP, you won’t be able to get the Veyron in Black? the Enzo in yellow? the GTR in Blue? the Countach in orange? however these are their original livery colors??? … from ALL the youtube gameplay videos, there wasn’t any colors selection screen between the moment you choose the car and then you race… When Kaz said their won’t be any tuning… I’m afraid that this will apply to the car colors too.

I know that Lamborghini Is the big news as well as Bugatti but I cannot wait to race round the ring in the GTR v-spec, Personally I think its a piece of engineering brilliance, one thing that PD could do is give different BHP to every GT-R you buy seeing as the engine is hand built.
