Gotten around to doing some more AI work - here's the first.

This AI rework is for the International layout (the main layout) of @shi 's conversion of HarySeb's Magnificent Park.

It's one of the best fictional circuits out there, and just got a major graphics overhaul a month ago. Unfortunately, the AI were not that quick, and Turn 1 was a crash nightmare for high speed cars clipping the inside wall. The kerbs (of which there are many) were also very unkind. So I've redone it.

The AI line is considerably faster - and I've tuned it down to where cars as fast as LMP2 rarely crash.

To be reasonably quick here, you have to ride some of the kerbs in the chicanes. I went through quite a few variations and this was the one I thought was best - the AI ride them, but not too violently and with a generous DANGER hint.

I also for some reason had a tough time with the double right hander in Sector 1 in quicker cars - I had to add another DANGER hint and dial it out considerably for them to take it. I actually found using a bit of the inside kerb helps - their main problem was that it was so easy for them to wash out into the gravel there in high downforce cars - even at 1.0 pace.


Tested in the URD Oreca LMP2 (pictured), the RSS Lamborghini EVO I, the TT Cup, the RSS F3 and the URD Cup car. Crashes are rare, if they materialize at all.
