Here is a complete AI reworking for RMi_wood's recent Washington DC Street Circuit conversion from Grid: Autosport.

The AI was tested with both the Audi TT Cup and the RSS Lamborghini GT3 EVO. AI is about 4-4.5 seconds faster in the EVO than the stock AI, and accidents are still very rare.

NOTE: The AI start issue has been fixed by the latest CSP Preview release (04/06/24). This AI now starts properly, tested with 5 different cars. I'm thus updating this to 1.0 (Final). Please use the Discussion thread for any changes that may benefit this AI.
