A different take on CotA. While the original is mostly flat and very fast for Formula cars, this one dips and climbs from T1 to T11, crests over the long back straight, and then dives down from T12 to T20.
GT3/GT500 is probably the fastest you want to drive this, an LM car if you're brave. I tried a Formula car. It's possible, but intense. Racing would probably be impossible... I like to this is partially Herman Tilke's fault.
CotC is a tough, punishing and technical track, you'll need to balance the throttle, lift-not-brake in a couple of places and get your turn-ins right. A mistake ahead of the first corner of a complex will mess you up for three or four more turns.
Plus, there are two manageable yet still breathtaking drops you'll need to prepare for - and the racing line won't tell you that.
