I managed to tame it enough to win vrs the AI but will be a challenge against a real person.
Throttle control on exit and breaking control on entry is the name of the game here.

Simply adjust the Power Limiter to range the PP, at full power 571PP it can hold 380 km/h self sustained. The transmission is set to gain as much acceleration as possible.
