Targa Florio (Piccolo circuit) 0.1

This is a reduced version of the famous Targa Florio. This version is 9.5 km, instead of 72 km. I had some difficulties to recreate the track, problems like max length and max number of anchors. Track width is 6 meters, so it's correct.
