Yes, I know. Maybe you misunderstood me. In the PS2 manual it says silver are DVD and purple are CDs. Must be an exception, GT3.
Usually with PS2 games the silver ones are DVD's and the purple are cds. I don't see how they could ever fit GT3 on a cd. I heard that its a DVD...

It's not. In the Thresh's Firing Squad review they talked about this. It's not exactly a secret. They did it in the Japanese version at least.
Souped up Vipers are awesome though.
