Lol, the codemasters F1 series is as close to a sim as I am of being the Queen of England.
When I first got my DD1 there were two things that stood out to me, firstly how quick the inputs respond and secondly how when going over kerbs...
I would be happy with any year between 1995 and 2002 and the all singing V10's.
Mine still crashes all the time.
I have no flex whatsoever on my dd1 either. I am wondering if it is related to user older rims on them, maybe there is a difference in size...

Agree, whilst I love my fanatec gear I really don't like the look of their side mount. I recently ordered the Simlab P1-X and their fanatec side...

If you set the wheel on the base and in game to 1080 don't you need a lot of rotation on the formula or gt3 style rims to get the car to turn?
