I mean have it wired up to the console, mine dose the same if its not plugged in

You should have you control plugged in to the xbone as well as your wheel , it should fix it

Might not be any use but im using the Logitech g920 on the xbox , while it seems underpowered in terms of force feedback compared to a t300 it...

Im using the g920 as well on the wheel stand pro and loving it plus the price wasn't too bad either. Wouldn't be seen dead using a controller now

Will changing it work on the xbone?
