ATTN DS3 drifters:
Could you guys do me a favor and test out a wheel settings with the DS3 for awhile? Though if you could record your replay of the settings( any car that is currently in the depot) and post it here or PM me a link. I just want to know if those settings do work on the DS3 also.

Please could someone post drift settings for an MP4-12c (controller). I need these quickly so i can get used to them for a competition next week.

There may be a free car up to 1million (that I have) for anyone who can give me one that i like.

Cheers

Ryan

Gift me the car, ill set it up and send back because i dont have the money and cant be bothered to do races. Add RedSuns-Powell

I did a setup for the Honda Odyssey and it's not that bad! It needed a good tuning but now it handles well and can hold a nice drift. Soccer moms too have the right to drift!

Have you checked the first page?

I check all time ;) Most part of people don't say if it's a DS3 setup or Wheel. Just put in the title of the setup (Wheel or DS3), isn't hard uh? And facilitates the search...

Wanna know if the 'ThatOneKid73' setups are all for wheel or not...

Well, I asked for DS3 users to try the Wheel setups and send a replay if they can. I am just curious about the setups. I heard that they do work but I am wanting actual evidence.

I have a request, Can someone please tune a Lexus LFA for a DS3 controller? :)

I just bought comfort tires and the shorter gearbox and everything else stock.
It's a tricky car to drift this one, but very rewarding when you get it right.
However, I'm gonna do a setup with full race suspension as soon as I've got time.

Setup with DS3 controller, but I have used it with my fanatec aswell.

Final: 3.420

Little description of handling characteristics:

Actually amazingly simple and agile to drift. Because of the engines high revving nature controlling the drift with mostly just throttle adjustments is very easy. With sharper and slower corners the e-brake is recommended to initiate the drift, and to hold your angle down short straights that go into sharp/slow corners. Since it uses the stock lsd it can feel a litte twitchy, but all in all it's an easy machine to drift with few costs except the price of the vehicle itself.
Enjoy!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, I am a beginner in drifting and since I haven't seen a tune for the IS200 I might as well do it. I have an IS300 personally, although the game doesn't have it, this altezza is the closest one, it will be cool to actually drift with it in the game.

Some mods(no, not you) might shock you, it handles pretty well for me. I use Logitech G27 btw, so handbrake is not an option for me as I don't want to mod it with a handbrake.

I pretty much use Braking Drift or sometimes I go feint when I have to.

Anyone wants to try it out and make adjustments? My only problem is exiting, I couldn't catch the wheel fast enough. Pointers?

ok heres my settings, they are unorthodox but they let the back grip nicely without flipping around. try them out!

Thank you so much for this! Unorthodox seems to be right for me, finally im able to drift. Been trying to drift for a couple of weeks now and suddenly with this tune I understand it.

Thanks to you man and to this thread!

REQUEST

Does anyone tried to set any or both Rx8 Concept?

I guess im near to find a finetune for each of them (witch are completly diferent in HP, RPM, Gear Ratio, Suspension, LSD...) but i like to see more opinions here and comparing if im going on the right way.

I have close to no clue what im doing when im changing around with the LSD and the suspension, but I`ve found lots of help in this thread to try out different drifters.

Tested on DS3 controller. Handle well, I suggest you try with 550hp, and if you want some more throttle control and power then add the supercharger for 630hp. Easy to initiate sliding and maintain in desired position.

I drift using a maro too, but is not the RM version (its the standard), so i dont how my settings would work on the RM and vice-versa.
The funny is that i made it to have 666hp (no joke), but its not even far of uncontrolable nor have a bad latency at the turbo boost.

PS: I still wait for my RX8 Concept (I or II) issue. Or am i the only drifter on GT5 who tried to work on these cars?
