I just noticed something on the schedule of events. Can the Drivetrain Challenge be listed on Tuesday instead of Thursday? Not sure how many people look at this page, but newcomers may look for us on Thursday when we are racing on Tuesday at 10pm.

We raced for several weeks at 10:30pm to wait and see if anyone would migrate from the Kart series but no one ever did. So we are going back to 10pm since it is apparent neither of us are stealing drivers from the other.

Yea I am not sure why it moved to Thursday. We should be able to get that sorted out.
 
I was wondering if anyone suggested the 1970-1971 Datsun 240z and 510 BRE race cars on the car suggestion thread? There is no search function there and 60 pages on my phone ain't happenin.

Those cars were so cool. And I had slot cars with these bodies that were my favorites :)

There is a search function. Look the top of every page on GTP and you will find it.

After doing a search, I have found that nobody has posted either cars.

Post them if you want, but they have to be separate threads as they are 2 different cars.

We race at 9:30 pm EST (GMT -5) - glad that works for you!

As long as you PM'd the time per the intro post, no worries on the replay.
 
We will be doing a test race for nascar on Monday 2/3/14 lobby opens up 7:30pm est.

Our season starts on Monday 2/10/14

I don't have to go to work today (It's past 3 AM for me), so I'm thinking about going forward with the races I proposed earlier.

In case you can't remember:

Ford Focus ST '13 @ Willow Springs Streets of Willow

Chevrolet Corvette C7 @ Laguna Seca

SRT Viper '13 (Both GTS and Launch Edition is allowed) @ Daytona Road Course, with a twist.

I'll open a practice lobby sometime in the afternoon for not only practice, but testing to see how many laps are required.

Also, I'm thinking about deviating a little bit from typical S.N.A.I.L. rules with tires. For example, the rules say that the Corvette would race on SM tires. I'm proposing that it goes down to SH tires for a bit more fun.

None of the races will count towards S.N.A.I.L. as they are exhibition events.

Who's up for that?

Attention All Replay Uploaders and Data Specialists​


Tonight is the last League night for the January season. Next week is going to be a very busy week sorting out all of the promotion and relegation duties. With so much growth over the last month, there will be quite a bit more work going over all of the details to make sure that everyone is placed in a division that is as close to their skill level as possible.

If you are the official replay uploader for your division, we are asking that you have all of your replays uploaded no later than Monday night. Best case would be to upload them right after the races tonight or as early Monday as possible. Our Chief Steward @Dragonwhisky has offered 6 of his $hells for those who have their replays up by early Monday. If the primary uploader is unavailable tonight, the $hells will be paid to the back up.

If you are the official data specialist for your division, we need to see all of the data entered by Tuesday evening. I understand there are issues with replays not working. (I got snuffed bad last week) but please do the best you can. I will match Dragons offer and pay 6 $hells to any D.S. that has data entered by Tuesday evening.


This stuff is very important to the promotion/relegation decision making process and the earlier we have the information available, the more time the administration has to go over the details. Thanks you all in advance and good luck tonight!!

Division 3: @JWalker - 5 \ @Dragonwhisky - 1 (They shared what they had!)
Division 7: @tevesh2 - 6
Division 8: @Sharkb8ii - 6


I still do not know who entered data for division 6 but when I do know, I owe you 6 $hells!!

I just got home from football banquet I'm not mentally ready to do any practices very very emotional night. 1st time since losing Super Bowl I have been around my team. It's funny because when I seen them I started tearing up yes I'm a BIG SOFTY.

Recognizing excellent SOLR... change Logic for 'Driving' to Dr. Greenthumb! He made 2 very gutsy and spectacular passes 'touch free' at Silverstone! :bowdown:. On both races he waited patiently and stalked like a hawk for the right moment to strike.
On a previous race when he made contact the conceded position!
