I moved in my new appartement 2 day ago, got my connection back this morning, so i will be online soon to get back on the track, i didnt play much since i left , tryed to find some fun offline but it didnt make it for me... so if it is possible i would like to do the time trial all again? I wil, read the rule tonight so i will be aware if change were made... can i simply do my trial and submit it like if i was new ?

Proper procedure is to PM @JLBowler. He'll tell you if he feels you need to redo the time trial.

USA did freaking amazing and Americans should be proud with a team that shown tremendous organization, fire power skills and a bunch of players that would fit in any European major team and we're talking about the 4th most important sport played in the USA that has become a professional league only about 15 years ago.
I wish Portugal, that has the best player in the world, several champion's league winners and tradition in football for over a 100 years had done half good as the USA did.

Yes just like in real life a lighter car should be quicker. Not sure how much though.

I think I'm out for the 11th... I'll either be celebrating a ticket to Silverstone or drowning the sorrows of a 2nd missed opportunity ;)

4th might be giving Soccer too much credit in the USA. Football, baseball, basketball, and hockey all have more exposure on TV and draw larger crowds to live games. I'm pretty sure that NASCAR and Golf grab higher TV ratings the Soccer. Bowling is the number one participation sport in the country. It's easier for me to find an Arena Football game or Major League Lacrosse on cable than it is to find a soccer game.

With all that being said and the lack of emphasis on the sport here, if we every got as upset about losing to the rest of the world in soccer as we did in basketball in the early 90's (think original dream team), there is no doubt we could do some damage on the world stage. As was said above, we have the athletes, they just don't care about soccer.
