I love the Vette at Silverstone.
To me it feels like a race car should...White knuckle edge of control racing!!!

I respectfully didn't observe 'control' or any 'love' and found it was related (for me) to a lack of practice.

No practice, no love.

Same for me handlebar. The Vette combo was given the least amount of attention before racing tonight, and I wish it had been the opposite. I was much more comfortable with it in race 2. I did start to appreciate it a bit more, and respected the fact that it's a handful, but it still wanted to bite my head off!

The Vette was no fun for me coming into it cold. It's not a pick up and go fast type of car for me. I'll be better next week as I now have 15 laps with it and that is all I foresee myself having with it by next week.

Completely Wrecked myself 4 times and still was able to scratch it out for the win :) it was great racing tonight, and me pissed at myself, making it harder than it needed to be.

There are times that things look pretty bad. Last week was one of those nights. It was also a pretty sad week. Tonight was a real test. The D6 gang pulled off a textbook SNAIL night. Everyone remembered and learned from the mistakes we made last week and made tonight's racing more than just fun. It restores the faith in why we are all still here. Tonight's keynote word for me is respect. It appeared to be flowing quite freely tonight. There will always be an occasional grazing here and there but D6 was on their game tonight. Thank you all and very nice work on the track. Thanks H.B. for covering host and scores.

9.1 points separating 1st through 8th.

4.1 points separating 1st through 5th.

8 of 13 found the podium.

Pretty damn cool...

I miss my snail fix!

Glad to hear you guys had another cracker this week though. :)

Amazing how one thinks compared to others. LOL. I absolutely abhor combo 2 but I have to put up with either the car or track AGAIN next week. LOL. I thought R1 & R2 promoted the best racing. Room to pass, you can catch up if you fall off a bit, and the cars are good. R3 is congested and passing occurs only when a mistake is made.
Oh well.... I will do my best regardless; even when I dislike the car, track, or both. LOL
This is a great league, regardless, because of the on track respect once a group gels together.

Tried to upload D6 replays. Apparently some one took me off the list. Awaiting approval or location of open folder.
Done. Should be getting an email and it should show up in your google drive shared with me folder, or whatever it's being called these days.

D2 replays uploaded.

G'night all.

Forgot to mention, due to the efficiency and timeliness of all scorekeepers  and get those $hells claimed folks, the scoring sheets have been copied to the Results doc. Data Specialists are cleared to enter timing data. If anyone has any questions or issues, please let me know. We'll get something worked out.

WORST NIGHT EVER.
We were plagued with problems in D8. Too many of us had a few races with no sound.
The guy leading our division in points @jamilla, was destroyed by them. Too bad! He was on a roll and could have done much better tonight.
Some people are talking about not racing again till they fix the problem.
