Voting something out just because it's been there for two weeks? It's been there because we've (at least in the races I've been having there) had great races, and it's a lot of fun! If it ain't broke don't fix it. If you're actually tired of it and don't like it, then that's different, but your reasoning says otherwise lol.

I can't wait for that game. That's the reason I'm buying a PS4. And Batman: Arkham Knight.

A good friend of mine lives in Northern Ireland and rides that circui...er, road all the time. He sends me neat stuff from there all the time. We used to watch "V Four Victory" every day at the shop back in the late 80's just dumbfounded at the insanity.

Yup, drive it like that stupid Lotus Elise we raced at Monaco and Fuji. Just keep your foot down on the gas the whole time and gently press the brake to slow.

Posted this in another thread, but that seems dead and not alive so I'll post it here:

So I finally got around to doing the Red Bull seasonal and as I was watching the replay, my eye caught something on the car that I somehow didn't see before: Blown Exhausts.

Here's a picture of it on the Red Bull RB6:

Using that as a base, take a look on the X2014 Standard:

Now I could be just mistaking this for something else, but I found this very interesting. All this time I was under the impresson that weird tail was the exhaust only to find that it isn't and I just found the placement very intriguing.

162 HP and 195 gt-lb torque stock from the factory. However, with the increase in turbo boost it should be higher. We plan to get it on a DYNO this winter after we get the boost issue resolved.

We basically have 2 options. 1- Install a boost control to limit the boost to 12 psi or 2- get a new chip and injectors and upgrade whatever else needs to be in order to handle 15+ psi. We'll have to do some research to see how well the engine can handle the extra boost if we went with option 2.

Also forgot to mention in the earlier summary. We ended up stripping over 500 lbs from the stock weight. The car weighed in at 2770 with a full tank of fuel (20 gallons), down from the 3200+ dry weight from the factor. That's a pretty impressive number I think

I don't have a gaming PC. That alone would cost a lot of money.

Yes, it brings back fond memories of the London seasonal. It was also my best ever finish in a seasonal. It was however with a sport tuned suspension at the time. I'm clock watching to go give it a try on Grand Valley...

I don't practice offline. Even if I'm just by myself I open a friends only room to a few laps.

Are you sure it's all exhaust and not just aero ducting? Looks like it's going to dump out on to the wheels; would the exhaust heat be aimed at the tires, or is it airflow for the brakes?

If I could only keep it on the road consistently my lucky laps might become my standard laps...oh well.

If your're reffering to the Red Bull Example, its aimed at the Diffuser with the idea of increasing downforce on it. If I recall, it works in two ways:

    1. It moves the wake of the air from the rear wheels outwards where it will cause less disturbance
    2. It re-energizes the low pressure air at the back of the diffuser to create more rear downforce

Decided to take a crack at some D7 photography since I didn't see anyone really doing that for our division. Hope you guys dig 'em.

Probably best if you clicked on them for maximum effect ;)
