The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 '85 (Sport Hard tires) at Grand Valley East - Forward (8 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @TBongX wins Prize A, they get to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Aston Martin V12 Vantage '10 (Sport Soft tires) at Red Bull Ring (7 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @USERID_77a23 gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @Wolfsatz so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history or other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated,so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more importantis that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, no car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

    Car Selection Guidelines
Dealership Cars - The maximum price for a selected car is now $1,000,000
DLC Cars - Only DLC cars that are FREE and currently still available in the PlayStation Store can be selected.

    Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete. For example, don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife.

    Race Date: 12 October 2014
    Currently tracking 7 Incident Reports

We have at least one prize winner with a racing incident being investigated by the stewards. This may, obviously, change the order of the prizes to be selected. All winners are asked to refrain from making selections until the Weekly Steward's report has been posted.

The target deadline for the Steward Reviews, this week, is Wednesday night by 10PM Eastern. The Steward Summary will be posted as soon as possible, following completion of reviews.

:@: SNAIL Stewards, please make your way to The Incident Review Scoring.

The IR Submission Form is now closed.

That's not the problem. My speed test shows that I am operating at the rate the internet provider says I am supposed to be getting. The problem is that the area I live in has not been upgraded for fast upload speeds. But it never caused me any problems when I ran with you. I haven't been able to race for two weeks now since I moved to D6.

What do your speeds look like?

I don't think there's a link there, or it doesn't work for me.

@Wolfsatz voted for round 381? He must still be racing!

The combo was really fun to drive but it seemed like the only time you could make a pass was if someone made a huge mistake. Might be different for the higher/lower divisions but that's what it seemed like to me.

I hated and could never drive that Turbo 16 until last week. With some practice i figured out a few tricks and by the end of the week i found it be a great car to race. She just needs to be finessed:sly: Thanks for picking a combo that pushed me to learn something new. I'm sad to see it go

Wow. Really, really great pictures. I've probably never values photos as much as some other people, but the CAPTIONS add a whole new dimension and increase the photographic value massively!

Clearly, this took a great deal of time and effort, and it definitely paid off. Thank you so much @Wolfsatz for doing this!!!

I have completed my reviews for the week.

I do have a couple of observations that should be shared with the group.

    1. The time stamp for the race is in the upper right corner of your screen. It is the total race time. It is not the time from the replay controls. This is clearly stated in the instructions for filing an IR. Please submit the correct information when filing an IR. It's makes the steward's job that much easier.

    2. At no time during the race should you press the start button to put your car into auto drive mode. This includes times when you are off track or times when you miss your brake point and need a little help getting slowed down by the game. having the game take over control of your car could be considered using a glitch to your advantage and that is expressly forbidden in our OLR.

i havent seen it used in d2 but i see that alot on random online racing, especially when they race red bull ring without racing line they really like to use this glitch at T5 an T8 to make the car go "in-line"/turn-in easier.

You still pay for it in one way or another or it is not sustainable. To make health 100% free where you personally pay nothing for it including taxes. your system would collapse with in a week!

I think what he means is you pay for it in taxes. You don't go in or out of the hospital paying anything, you just pay higher taxes.

oh there health care is better then just hospitals being free sheesh there hospital will give you money if you need it. Watch Micheal Moore i forget which one but one of them he shows health care systems around the world and the english system is really good on the global market place
