Heads up to all Scorers and Data Specialists: When you are scoring or entering data for your division, please make sure all information is accurate and in the right cell for the sheets. With the complex number of formulas we have in those sheets, an incorrectly added value can mess up multiple sheets.

Also, if you are entering data, make sure the number of drivers starting the race, equals the number of drivers finishing the race. A missing value can alter overall points and prizes for your division.

Thank you to everyone who has stepped up the past couple of months to fill these duties.

To add to the above.....

We discovered that when you enter the gaps from the replays and using a formula in the sheet to calculate the gap, then that formula is not carrying over correctly when you sort the data to another column. If you use the formula, then the correct way it is to type over the answer or to copy and paste "values only" over the formulas before you sort the sheet to another column. Crux of the matter is to remember not to put formulas in the white cells. Only put numbers in there.

All hosts should start the night's racing at the schedule time. The only reason to hold the start is to allow someone who has disconnected their three minutes to return to the room.

Light turnout tonight but it is Easter. My quick count showed at least 11 "more than semi-regular" drivers that were not racing tonight.
