With free shipping from Amazon Prime coming up, it might be a good time to add some tactile transducers to your sim rig if you’ve been thinking about doing it. They had four of the Dayton “Pucks” on sale for $45 and the small amp was only $39 (or you can buy them directly from Parts Express instead of thru Amazon if you prefer). I was worried that they would be too weak but ended up being the perfect size for my rig. The Aura Bass Pros are more powerful but a little more expensive and require a more powerful amp. I hooked two to the seat, one to the seat back and one to the pedal box. Pretty good effect for less than $100. And I finally finished the pivot hinge on the wheel deck lid so I can get my fat azz in the rig easier! See you guys Monday night.

I actually have had those on an Amazon wishlist waiting for when I can finally build (and have room for) my own rig. Be interested to hear more feedback the more you use it.

That was some great racing last night. I love being in the pack racing for position. Butt, . . . I can’t brag about it being the 8th time since Jan of 2018 or I’ll get thrown in A with the lounge rejects. Maybe I’ll just go with insulting everybody instead of bragging. GTLehman, thanks for pulling over, glad you know your place. Bear, thanks for continually spinning in clutch situations. Steve, thanks for taking too many puffs. Mike, thanks for letting yourself get plowed. The others, well, thanks for sucking.
I only do well when I’m familiar with the tracks from Gran Turismo. Okay, last night was the exception since I only know Laguna. Monday nights are the only time I turn on Project Cars.

Here is the whole race. Great racing Monday night even if I sucked 3 out of 4 races. The last race for me made it worth it. Don't mind the breathing , my allergies were getting the best of me.

Max 12 driver tracks.

There are a few great tracks that we don't get to race because the max allowable drivers is 12. As summer is here and attendance can be down some weeks, we have come up with a way to run these tracks. If, like last week for example, 12 or fewer guys show up for the night, we will cancel the combo for that night and run a predetermined combo at one of the Max 12 driver tracks. We will also run all together, no groups.
So again, it will be a last minute decision on any given Monday. The original combo will just be run the following week, if, of course, there are more than 12 drivers.
The first combo then, that will be on standby, will be the Formula Rookie at the Knockhill tracks.
