I dont know of a list, but I have a car I miss.

The car which I have been missing since GT2, is one of my dreamcars, the BMW 840Ci. Drove it alot in GT2, and I have been missing it ever since. Damn you PD for removing it from GT2, and never return it to other GT titles. I would do a lot to make it return as a premium in GT6.

The Speed 12 was purely an FIA GT1 race car that they were building for Le Mans to compete against the likes of the McLaren F1 GTR and Nissan R390. They ultimately only ever did a handful of races is Britain with the car while they were developing it, since after the GT1 class was cancelled in 1998 there was nowhere for it to race. They never intended to build it beyond the one or two that would have been needed to homologate it.

The Cerbera Speed 12 was an attempt to salvage the project into a road car that they could put into serial production, before they decided that it simply wasn't possible to make the car adequately roadworthy and cancelled that too after only a few were built. They actually did race the Cerbera Speed 12 as well based on the design for the road car, and it did much better than the original car did; but after the production plans were cancelled the cars were mostly dismantled. Think of it like how Jaguar turned the XJR-9 race car into the XJR-15 road car.
