Potential Raptor fighter? V6 and 5.7L powered only, 2WD standard with 4WD an option, 33" tires, all the suspension upgrades etc.

And YES. Very happy about the "RAM" on the tailgate, similar to Fords doing with the new Raptor. Now if all models could get gate letters again...

Ram officials figure they've already got the hunt/fish/camp crowd all sewn up with the 1500 Outdoorsman, so the Rebel's imposing snout strikes out in a different direction in search of extreme-sports types – namely customers with dirt bikes, side-by-sides, jet-skis and other powersports toys. If that has you envisioning the Rebel as a rival to the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, think again – "It's not an extreme, desert-racer off-road type product," says Ram boss Bob Hegbloom. If you're seeking an analog from another automaker, look to the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro and we think you'll be in the ballpark.

Looks alright, but if I can't have a Ram with a Cummins it'll have to have the EcoDiesel. Shame you can't get a diesel or manual with this truck.

When the Raptor came out, it was V6 Standard, now you can get the 6.2. Wait a Model Year, either the 6.4 or Ecodiesel would make it to production.

The lettering on the back would look so much better in the same colour as the bodywork, as in traditional truck tailgate lettering. It looks awkward in a contrasting colour.

Can we please keep at least one thread on track here? If you all want to discuss the meaning of the word "rebel" please take it to PM, I really don't care to read about it on a thread about a truck. Thanks.

I could do with a lot less plastic on the front....

Take out the inner plastic wave around the RAM logo, and maybe push the silver skid plate back a little bit and it would have my vote.

Something like this as far as the bumper... but keep the fog lights.

What's up with those seats? They're absolutely awful. I mean... tire treads? :odd:

Not acceptable from the Factory (Crash Safety Standards Remember). The Ram Runner isnt Factory. its Mopar Aftermarket Part.

See, I knew this would happen...

I only meant to push the bumper back a little or find a way to trim down the "hello, I'm here" factor of it. They basically turned it into a GM product where the entire front is flat and the grille isn't recessed anymore on the bottom...
I never meant to take off the entire bumper, but to push it back.

What is the blue supposed to represent?

New parts? I don't know the only one that I can really figure out is the in and out on the valve (last picture).

As for the truck I'm glad to see Toyota is doing decent stu...Oh did I say Toyota cause that's what it looks like Dodge used for inspiration. Front isn't bad but the stupid tailgate print is, well I have no words to express how dumb that is.
A real rebel would put F I A T on the tailgate.

Challenge accepted
