Ugliest stock wheels thread

Lately I've been picking up a lot of lesser known cars in GT6 and noticed how many cars are perfect candidates for a trip to the upgrade garage.

I'll start off by sharing the Skyline R31.

No! I love those wheels! I wish the Evo 8 steelies were available as an option for other cars too.

I have a much harder time accepting the wheels of the Ferrari 458, I think they are too skinny:

I think they're great. Suit the 458 but I don't think they'd work on a different car

They look like GT4 pics? The 1980s had some questionable taste OR the stock wheels are very conservative.

Mores the point, I think the aftermarket selection is pretty abysmal.

These rims are excellent, whole design of this Jag is futurustic and monolith, designer didn't want to ruin it with naked mechanism of the brakes and supports.

They don't really suit the 458 either, to be fair.

Spindly wheels rarely suit anything other than something equally spindly like a Caterham or Ariel, and I personally can't wait for the day that the fad of malnourished spokes dies off again. I'm not saying go back to steelies, but something more like the 12c's below rims:

I think those proportions are perfect I'm no fan of big rims and minimal sidewall.

The Art Morrison Corvette would benefit from smaller rims and bigger sidewall:

I like the wheels on the Jaguar XJ220.

I dislike the wheels on the McLaren mp4-12c because they look too boring.

But XJ220 was a car I saw as a kid so its of that period. I think it would look odd with any other wheel.
