about the internet on ps2

i got the adapter and did all that stuff with the cd but i put in socom and do all that stuff and it says network adapter not suported or somthin like that

if you got a router,just plug it into a free spot.i did that and hookup up the ISP provider part and i was playing Auto Modelista.all that in about a half hour.

I heard of some ISP's not supporting network adapters. Who's your ISP. Call them to see if they support it or not.

Also, are you on dial-up or broadband? Some games don't allow you to go online at all with dial-up.

Ok, so the network needs at least broadband for faster connection huh??

How does it connect? By simply plugged in the cord and the PS2 will connect itself?
