borrowed a driving force from a friend, he doesn't know what is/can't find the adapter. So I went experimenting...had the force feedback going with a 12V 300mA adapter...then took it out because parents needed it, then subconciously put it somewhere where i cant remeber where I put it. Then tried a 12V 500mA, no workies, dunno what I was thinking but instead of waiting, STILL continued to try different adapters, in excess of 3 amps....My 7th form electronics logic tells me that this shouldn't have killed it, BUT, I found the original 12V 300mA, and now it doesn't bloody go...And now ive been told that the force feedback is 24V >_<

So the real question is what is the AC adapter voltage supposed to be...please, just go look on your adapter block at the plug end.

Thanks...

...in conclusion, ive killed it, even if i didnt kill it i was trying to draw waaay to much voltage from a 12v supply, thus nearly causing a fire. and dont mix ac with dc kiddies...
