Any petition to get RBR in the US

I really enjoy racing games-sims on my PS2 . As a matter of fact, I only buy racing games for it.
I'm really upset that Sony treat North American PS2 owners as second class citizens.
I was very very desapointed whe it was anounced that Richard Burns Rally wouldn't be available in US and Canada.
Instead thet feed us with crappy racing titles : Driven ( Stallone ) , drag stuff ( a niche ) and half of the released versions of WRC.
Is there any place I could sign a petition to get RBR in North America ?
Should I get a modchip ?

Get a mod chip and stop complaining.

As you can see in the GT4 forum, petitions do not work.
 
Second class citizens? Yeah...right. You get all of your games at least a month or two before us. The only thing we've got going here in Aus is PAL first games that are developed in the UK...and there's not many of them (although they are good). Just get a mod chip.
 
at least the racing games you get are actually good!!!!the only good racing games over here are GT3 and underground!!!after taht comes auto modelista and it doesn't even have the viper in it?!atleast you get the likes of txr and the like.
 
where can i still get a mod chip to play ntsc/j games
im in the uk and cant get a chip as its been outlawed in this country

we get stiffed in this country getting everything late now we cant even get chips
sony needs to sort things out
kaido battle drift game does even come out here and how long has that been out
and as for gt4 2 years we have been waiting
