Just finished it tonite, and it's great! A bit short, but that means you'll probably finish it before you get bored with it. It's like Tomb Raider 1 (where the focus was on the levels, not the polygons in Lara's shirt like TR2/3/4) mixed with Myst mixed with Lemmings. Very addictive and great visuals. Not heavy on the action, it's about puzzles & exploration. Anyone else tried it? What do you think...

sounds cool ive see it at the store but have little intrest in buy comp. games now. Since i have my ps2 but if its that great of a game ill have to check it out some time. I like puzzles and stuff like that.:D

I liked it too. At first I was annoyed with the "escort mission" mentality, but Yorda grows on you, and it actually seems kind of nice the way you hold her hand through the boards. Don't want to give out too much info and spoil it for potential buyers though.:)

isnt that supposed to be the best game ever? i read that somewhere i think.....

No, but it's kind of elegant in a way. I definitely think everyone should at least rent it.

I'm playing Okage:shadow king now. It rocks.:D

I'm more of an RPG fan and ICO is more like a puzzle game. Until a really good RPG comes out for PS2, I'll stick with a classic -- Xenogears.

Ahhh Xenogears my old friend. The first half of that was the best RPG ever. The second half was good, but not like the first. My favorite part was when ID picked up the submarine and dropped it on Bart. Sweet.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they are making Xenosaga (the prequel to Xenogears) for the PS2. It's coming out through Namco.
