@Blackcelica frank is right, I just found this file in extension folder of your last version. Is it normal and ok with that, or this is a little bug and a rename is needed?

Those are part of the extension files for lighting etc, they stay as they are. Do not rename them. They are loaded and controlled by the config. The config references them named as they are and work fine. Or you rename the files and the references to them to all the same but you don't need to. I suggest not, you could break it again. CSP knows what's what and vanilla AC won't load extension stuff anyway.

Nice track!!

The grassfx is broken in this, its referencing materials that dont exist, same with the texture groups, looks like they might have been swapped and author forgot to fix. dropping in the attached file in (rename .txt to .ini)

for the longhanders, this is all thats changed, the tiling fix required because the UV repeats are little severe on this one.

I see TonyB is up to his usual antics. Profiting off others' work, stealing stuff he has no rights to and not even asking the original modders first.
This model was specifically made for the Absolute Le Mans mod and shouldn't be redistributed elsewhere, let alone converted to another game... Yet he's done it.
How long will this farce continue ? Can't we do something about it ? That russian scammer is just worse than Simdream and RTM combined and no one bats an eye.
The worst part is that he's asking money for it, while the original modders do it... For free.
The mods will probably bury this message but they really shouldn't. Let's expose this fraud.

csp 1.75, sol 2.1, extended physics enabled, but don't seem to get a grip difference between dry and wet conditions. Already reinstalled both of them but no changes. anyone has a solution for this?

These are IMO the best versions of the NZ tracks that have been posted either here or on RaceDepartment.

Pukekohe (Neil Shaw converted from an RF2 track and updated by CrisT86, unsure of original author)- https://www.dropbox.com/s/8ek5bvcyk...d___updated_by_CrisT86_for_AC_1.16.4.zip?dl=0 - 2 Layouts, newer with extra corner complex or original back straight. IMO better than the Rainmaker/Richo version both visually and the elevation over the hill onto the front straight feels more accurate.

Hamptown Downs (Neil Shaw converted from an RF2 track and updated by CrisT86, unsure of original author) - https://www.dropbox.com/s/cc2o7uzkydbj4b9/hampton_downs_motorsport_park.zip?dl=0 - All 3 layouts

Baypark (LarryT) - https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/baypark-raceway.36350/ - Very basic WIP. I was thinking it would be great to teach myself 3D work/Blender and build this track if I had the time but this person beat me to it. This track was in the town I grew up in and closed down when I was 8-9 years old. Like so many tracks, lost to the ever-increasing need to more housing.

Taupo (Terra21 Updated by Assetto-fr.tk, I think this is an RF1 convert, unsure of original author) - https://sharemods.com/vlxjn1mo4vit/taupo_motorsport_park.7z.html and there is also a RainFX config here but I don't have the CSP preview builds so I can't test.

Manfield (Terra21, converted from RF1, original author Daniel Greenwood) - https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/manfeild-autocourse-nz.11012/ - Long layout only

Ruapuna - (Rainmaker, updated by Masscot, I think this is also an RF1 conversion, unsure of original author) - http://www.mediafire.com/file/pvbsff7acygqk35/Ruapuna+Park+2012+v1.5+a+NeelJ+by+Rainmaker.7z - GrassFX config here. This is an improvement over the original and fixes the overly bumpy mesh. Someone was working on a LiDAR scratch made version here but it seems to be stalled and link is dead.

Highlands - (Neil Shaw converted from an RF2 track, unsure of original author) - https://mega.nz/file/SI1S2J5a#TAjGbAuMVn2CHsVJIvH2YpV6G1S0mgiRoCJtQWPtKpI - This has only one layout as opposed to the one on RaceDepartment but IMO visually better and drives better (mesh on other version is overly bumpy).

Hi lads and ladies,
What would people say the best version of cota is? As I'm currently planning on making a cota/ NASCAR skin to the best possibility of the track. And I want to do it on the best version of the track.
