Blank replay video 1st few seconds/minutes

Question
Wat can I do to get my reply video after a offline race to play straight away.
Each time I try to play it I get a blank screen for a few seconds
I can see my pointer moving but all options don't work, I can't stop start etc.
Then all of a sudden the video appears and I get full control.
This happens every time.
I have not yet raced online.

This happens to me quite often too. I think if you have a decent amount of content saved in your Library it slows it down. It is a little annoying but no big deal.

Got to disagree.. with your good answer, I new to GT so unless it to do with my HDD space.
I normally do a reply just after a race to see my mistake etc.
So it's not a reply I saved before.
