PD is now aware of the unfinished lap short-time bug and is going to try to fix it.

There are instructions here, so maye someone can translate better than what Babelfish can. Instructions say something about returning to the top menu and restarting.

noticed this as well. main group seems to be around the 1:15.xxx time slot, and then there are 2 at sub :59.xxx times. watched the replays and was like wtf. glad they caught the glitch this early and are fixing it.
 
Whenever you see a top time under a reasonable time, just download the replay and you see the race finish half way through the tunnel. Then you know it's not a legitimate time.
